For years, and certainly during the last 8 years when PiS was in power, we have probably forgotten what the law in Poland actually is. The law does not state that it concerns an immediate, sudden threat, a threat that causes, I don't know, significant harm or disability to the woman. It clearly states: if the woman's life is endangered, the doctor has the right to terminate the pregnancy.
