- We have been discussing Andrzej Poczobut for a very long time. Since December, practically since the very beginning of our government. These actions are very advanced; they are bilateral discussions with the Belarusian side, and in this case, I would like to point out that the United States and Russia were parties to this entire situation. So, at the request of the USA, at the initiative of the USA, we handed over one of the individuals who was arrested in Poland. However, whether Mr. Andrzej Poczobut or other Polish citizens held in Russia and Belarus will be released was not our decision in this case – stated Tomasz Siemoniak in the program "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.
