- I don't know how this procedure would actually be carried out, but if the procedure imposes some solutions on the parliament, the Polish Sejm, through private associations or political-corporate interest groups, then it is lawlessness. The President will certainly not sanction lawlessness, and in such a case, the act on the KRS clearly states that the KRS, if a new one is not appointed, continues to function, so there are no doubts about this - stated Zbigniew Bogucki on RMF FM.
