Szłapka comments on the presidential draft regarding the National Council of the Judiciary:
This is a mess, we would effectively have to leave the EU.
- After a cursory review of this [presidential draft regarding the KRS] and after speaking with Minister Żurek - this is simply a mess, it's hard to even call it a legal blunder. After adopting such an unconstitutional draft, we would effectively have to leave the EU. Not even Zbigniew Ziobro would go to such absurd regulations - stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
