I Issued a Decision on Pawłowska Taking a Vacant Seat
I met with Member of Parliament Monika Pawłowska. The MP personally delivered a letter to me informing me of her consent to take up the parliamentary mandate. We checked all the formalities, and I issued a decision on Monika Pawłowska taking this vacant seat. The decision has already been sent by me for publication in the Monitor Polski. I assume it has even been published by MP by now, so the entire formal process has been completed. We agreed with the MP that she will make a decision regarding the logistical matter of whether she will take the oath during this Sejm session; it will certainly not happen tomorrow, or at the next one – stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.
