„As local government officials, we have a strong feeling that the government does not treat us as partners. There are definitely too few consultations. We had a meeting with the Prime Minister this week, only half a year after our last meeting. The government does not consult us on strategy, does not discuss various scenarios of how the situation might develop, but rather informs us of its decisions on an ongoing basis” - said Rafał Trzaskowski, the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw, at a press conference.
