- If you were to truly make me seriously reflect on the election date, I would have to say that a safe election date is probably spring 2021. But how to achieve that? The Polish Constitution indicates only one path. That path is a state of extraordinary emergency, and I repeat this at least twice. Please remember that introducing a state of emergency is linked to the restriction of many civil rights, and certainly neither you nor I, nor I suspect any of the viewers, would want that - stated Jarosław Gowin in a conversation with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on TVN24's 'Fakty po faktach'.
