Przydacz on the Election of Constitutional Tribunal Judges:

Regulations Were Violated by the Ruling Majority.

- In my opinion, regulations of both the Constitution and the act were violated here by the ruling majority. For almost 1.5 years, no judge of the Constitutional Tribunal was elected, with the aim of paralyzing the work of the most important constitutional body in Poland – said Marcin Przydacz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program 'Gość Radia ZET'.

- Now suddenly, as a potential majority in the Tribunal appears on the horizon, judges are being elected en masse, wholesale, in order to cement and seize power in the Tribunal – he continued.
