Following recent fumbles with attendance by both PiS, which was losing votes, and the opposition, whose MPs were either mistaken or absent with reduced turnout on the ruling side, only two PiS MPs were absent from the chamber (Wawrzyk, Szumowski - likely due to government travel), three KO MPs (Lenz, Mucha, Mrzygłodzka), three PSL-Kukiz MPs (Tyszka, Sawicki, Bejda), one from Confederation (Bosak), and one from the German Minority (Galla).

Across the entire Sejm, only one MP abstained from voting - Paweł Kukiz.
