"I have an appeal to PiS to forgo the upcoming Senate session, as the situation has completely changed. PiS has lost its majority in the Senate and there is neither a moral nor a political principle that they can pursue in the Senate. This appeal of mine is an appeal for adherence to the principles that govern politics and parliament. All laws that are yet to be considered this week should be considered by the new Senate, after the commencement of the new term. I hope that PiS will understand the awkwardness of this situation and make such a decision," said the Deputy Marshal of the Senate, Bogdan Borusewicz.
