At 11:00 AM in Piątek - the geometric center of Poland - a speech by PSL leader Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz is planned, focusing on the construction of a political center.

At 1:00 PM in Chełm, the #DobryCzasPL family picnic will take place with the participation of PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński.

The chairman of Civic Platform and leader of Civic Coalition, Grzegorz Schetyna, will be in Małopolska. His schedule includes participating in the 37th Lemko Vatra, meetings with residents of Tarnów and Wieliczka, and laying a wreath at the grave of Wincenty Witos in Wierzchosławice. During the visit, a briefing is scheduled in Tarnów at 2:00 PM.

- I hope I can say this, because it is - I won't hide it - my conviction that we have kept our word, that by governing Poland we have fulfilled what we announced. Now, recently, we have made new announcements and we are also implementing them. Point by point, and we are adding further matters to this, such as recently the issue concerning the disabled, those for whom it is hardest, worst. That is why credibility is something we not only strive for, but which - I believe - we have to some extent rebuilt. And this is a condition for the functioning of a good democracy, a good state. Because if in a democracy it is the case that we have elections, campaigns, various people, various parties announce something, promise something, and then do not fulfill it, then this democracy is essentially a fiction. It is simply deception, not democracy at all. And this must be remembered when we ask ourselves this question: how to extend this good time, this time of credibility, of fulfilled promises - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

- Has it been the case in Poland that promises were always kept? I believe that at least a very large part of you thinks it was otherwise, because let's recall some obvious matters. Solemn promises were made: we will not raise the retirement age. It was raised. We merely restored it to its former state. But if someone remembers, if someone is interested in politics, the year 2007, the election campaign at that time, then surely in those spots, those narratives about what Poland would be like, it was simply promised that everything would be good, wonderful. And was it? I'm afraid not, it wasn't wonderful - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

- And how were things governed? Some of you might occasionally look at the proceedings of the VAT committee. This great VAT scandal, the biggest scandal in our history, because I don't think there's ever been a situation where two hundred and several dozen billion zlotys suddenly disappeared from the state treasury. Because that's the scale of this affair. It would be huge not just in Poland. It would be huge, one of the biggest in the United States, even though they have wealth tens of times greater than Poland. How did it look, how were our common funds guarded, because the VAT scandal is essentially about money being taken from the budget. Our common money, all of ours. I think it's worth remembering this at the moment when we will be making those decisions, which are coming soon. As I think, though it's not certain, the president's decision, in October, will be current. They will be made. These decisions concern whether we are extending this good time for Poland or if those who governed in the way I've briefly described here are returning - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

- We will win, but remember: let's not become arrogant. We have great polls now, the opposition somehow unites and divides itself, but nothing is decided, anything can happen. Full mobilization is needed. The same, even greater than in the European elections, because turnout will probably be higher. You must remember that until the election, I don't know when that moment will come, what day in October it will be, maybe November, until the day of the election, you must be fully mobilized. Go to the polls, vote, because then we will be able to continue on this path, and this is truly a path that is for Poles and for Poland, for all citizens of our country - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

- I see that [PiS] has no answers to the program, to the six program points. I see they are nervous, they have no prepared program. They are announcing it for the end of August or September. They are helpless. I'm talking about PiS politicians here, and that's why they are attacking. They are aggressive. I would urge President Kaczyński, upon his return from vacation, to accept the debate proposal. I told him about this before, I proposed a debate before the European elections, and I'm saying it again now. Mr. President, please do not be afraid. If elections are announced, and I believe it will be soon, I am ready to hold a debate, and we will talk about credibility, finances, about everything. Even about sports.
