WKK:

We are in Piątek, the Geometric Center of Poland. We are simply in the center. Just like the PSL-Koalicja Polska

- We are in the center of Poland, in the heart of Poland. We are in the town of Piątek, the geometric center of Poland. We are simply in the center. Just like the PSL-Koalicja Polska. Here in Piątek, everything converges like in a lens, like in our best place, where our memories return, that is, to our family home. Everything begins here, in the family home, life begins, school, work, and this town is the heart of Poland - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek.

WKK:

We Made This Decision by Listening to the Voice of the People. The Voice of All Those Who Have Clearly and Unequivocally Said in Recent Weeks: Go Your Own Way, Be Brave

- We have taken on the task of building the Polish Coalition. A political project to which we invite all people of goodwill, all those who want to change our surroundings, our reality, and change Poland for the better with us. We are starting in the heart of Poland and we ask all those who want to walk with us to ensure that it is simply better for entrepreneurs, seniors, farmers, and good managers. We will form a coalition with them. With all these hardworking people who need support today. With hardworking people. We made this decision by listening to the voice of the people. The voice of all those who have clearly and unequivocally said in recent weeks: Go your own way, be brave. Have challenges and your own goals. You have your traditions, history, and values. You also have modernity. All of this is united in our party, and our friends who have joined us bring it from various directions. But with one value and one goal – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek.

To Unite Poland, Restore Brotherhood, and Build Community – Our Core Message
We are coming together to build bridges of understanding, not walls of hate. We are coming together to build bridges of understanding between Poles. To unite Poland, restore brotherhood, and build community. This is our core message. We are coming so that Mrs. Helena, a pensioner, can have a tax-free pension, so she doesn't leave the pharmacy counter with tears in her eyes because she couldn't afford all her medications again. We are coming so that Ania, who runs a greengrocer's, doesn't have to worry every day about whether she can pay the ZUS contributions for herself and her employees. ZUS, which gets higher every year, and she might simply not be able to sustain her business, her small shop. She doesn't expect handouts from the state. She doesn't expect any benefits or support. She doesn't want anyone to get in her way. She wants the state not to take the fruits of her hard work through taxes and contributions. She simply wants to live a normal and dignified life. We are coming so that Bogdan, who took over the farm from his parents, his paternal inheritance, can manage it. To be a proud farmer who opens up to the world, to new technologies, but remembers and respects this land, Polish land, his land. And so he can simply make a living from this land. From his hard work, but also from the security that in this case the state must provide him. We are coming with families so that Zosia, Ola, Stasiek, our children, can breathe deeply. Live in a green, clean Poland, a country that is our dream, so that this Poland, which we will leave to our children, is simply better - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek.

WKK:

Every Day I Will Gnaw Grass and Scrape Stones to Change Poland's Face, to Make Poland Better
I [am in politics] to change the country for the better, to leave for Zosia, for our children, a country better than the one we inherited. A better Poland, more prosperous, respecting every person. A Poland where everyone will feel good. So that Zosia doesn't have to travel the world looking for a second Poland – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek. Zosia, my dear daughter, I promise you that I will do everything, that every day I will gnaw grass and scrape stones to change Poland's face, to make Poland better. So that it will be your home for life – added the PSL chairman.

12:21

WKK:

Poles Deserve a Green Future
Poles deserve a better future. Poles deserve a green future, and this is our message. The message of this campaign, of this meeting, of what we are doing. Poles deserve a green future because it encompasses security, friendship, sympathy, everything that is in our hearts. Respect for our fellow human beings, seeking understanding, building a true center that is for everyone, not for the chosen few. Not a Polish-Polish war, not a war between the right and the left. Only a normal, rational, pleasant, good center. Poles deserve a green future – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Piątek.

12:23

WKK:

We Won't Bid on Fives and Sixes. We Won't Race Populists. We'll Simply Do Our Own Thing.

- We won't bid on fives and sixes. We won't race populists. We'll simply do our own thing. Work hard every day, convincing people that a different, better Poland is simply possible. This is what we promise our compatriots, the residents of Poland, our beloved homeland. This is what we promise our children - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek.

12:25

WKK:

We're Heading Across Poland. To Our Compatriots, To Unite the Homeland, To Build Bridges of Understanding. To Victory

- The future begins today. Not tomorrow. And let's remember that. And with this great faith, hope, and strength that everything depends on us. We're heading across Poland. To our compatriots, to unite the homeland, to build bridges of understanding. To victory – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the town of Piątek.

14:03

Kaczyński:

We Kept Our Word, Fulfilling Our Promises to Poland

- I hope I can say this, because it is - I won't hide it - my conviction that we have kept our word, that by governing Poland we have fulfilled what we announced. Now, recently, we have made new announcements and we are also implementing them. Point by point, and we are adding further matters to this, such as recently the issue concerning the disabled, those for whom it is hardest, worst. That is why credibility is something we not only strive for, but which - I believe - we have to some extent rebuilt. And this is a condition for the functioning of a good democracy, a good state. Because if in a democracy it is the case that we have elections, campaigns, various people, various parties announce something, promise something, and then do not fulfill it, then this democracy is essentially a fiction. It is simply deception, not democracy at all. And this must be remembered when we ask ourselves this question: how to extend this good time, this time of credibility, of fulfilled promises - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

14:07

Kaczyński:

Solemn Promises Were Made: We Will Not Raise the Retirement Age. It Was Raised. We Merely Restored It to its Former State

- Has it been the case in Poland that promises were always kept? I believe that at least a very large part of you thinks it was otherwise, because let's recall some obvious matters. Solemn promises were made: we will not raise the retirement age. It was raised. We merely restored it to its former state. But if someone remembers, if someone is interested in politics, the year 2007, the election campaign at that time, then surely in those spots, those narratives about what Poland would be like, it was simply promised that everything would be good, wonderful. And was it? I'm afraid not, it wasn't wonderful - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

Kaczyński on the VAT Scandal: It Would Be Huge Not Just in Poland, But Among the Biggest in the United States

- And how were things governed? Some of you might occasionally look at the proceedings of the VAT committee. This great VAT scandal, the biggest scandal in our history, because I don't think there's ever been a situation where two hundred and several dozen billion zlotys suddenly disappeared from the state treasury. Because that's the scale of this affair. It would be huge not just in Poland. It would be huge, one of the biggest in the United States, even though they have wealth tens of times greater than Poland. How did it look, how were our common funds guarded, because the VAT scandal is essentially about money being taken from the budget. Our common money, all of ours. I think it's worth remembering this at the moment when we will be making those decisions, which are coming soon. As I think, though it's not certain, the president's decision, in October, will be current. They will be made. These decisions concern whether we are extending this good time for Poland or if those who governed in the way I've briefly described here are returning - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

14:28

Kaczyński:

"Great Polls Now, Opposition Fractured, But Nothing Decided - Full Mobilization Needed"

- We will win, but remember: let's not become arrogant. We have great polls now, the opposition somehow unites and divides itself, but nothing is decided, anything can happen. Full mobilization is needed. The same, even greater than in the European elections, because turnout will probably be higher. You must remember that until the election, I don't know when that moment will come, what day in October it will be, maybe November, until the day of the election, you must be fully mobilized. Go to the polls, vote, because then we will be able to continue on this path, and this is truly a path that is for Poles and for Poland, for all citizens of our country - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a picnic in Chełmno.

Schetyna to Opposition: 'Let's Not Argue or Label Each Other, PiS is the Adversary Today'
For politeness' sake, I won't debate with a partner in the European Coalition and for many years in local government, still in local government, and for 8 years in government. I understand that the PSL wants to start the election campaign in this way, to distance themselves from other opposition parties. This is not a good path. Even if we are not together, we are going in parallel, separately, but we are going for an important and shared cause. We are fighting for democracy, the rule of law, the Polish countryside, and a substantive role in Europe. For the most important things. These will be such elections. So I am speaking about this and asking my colleagues, friends from opposition parties and circles, not to argue or quarrel, not to label each other, because it is unnecessary. Today, the adversary is PiS and a state that is politicized, that is losing great opportunities that our participation in the EU brings, that is not meeting the most important challenges, and today we say: one can not be in one coalition, but one must work alongside each other, together to create a coalition after the elections, after winning the elections, and I will encourage everyone to do so. We, from the Civic Platform, the Civic Coalition, will never take up the challenge of distancing ourselves or attacking other opposition groupings – stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a briefing in Tarnów, when asked about the words of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz that PO is the left.

14:51

Schetyna:

I would urge President Kaczyński, upon his return from vacation, to accept the debate proposal. Mr. President, please do not be afraid.

- I see that [PiS] has no answers to the program, to the six program points. I see they are nervous, they have no prepared program. They are announcing it for the end of August or September. They are helpless. I'm talking about PiS politicians here, and that's why they are attacking. They are aggressive. I would urge President Kaczyński, upon his return from vacation, to accept the debate proposal. I told him about this before, I proposed a debate before the European elections, and I'm saying it again now. Mr. President, please do not be afraid. If elections are announced, and I believe it will be soon, I am ready to hold a debate, and we will talk about credibility, finances, about everything. Even about sports. I am open - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at a briefing in Tarnów.
