- Regarding Grzegorz Schetyna's words, I can only say this. Dear listeners, no one will give you as much as Grzegorz Schetyna and Civic Platform promise. It was one of the first challenges for the government of Beata Szydło to find a solution for the British referendum that would help win that referendum. Win in the sense that when the then-Prime Minister David Cameron called for this referendum, we did many concrete things at the European Council level. In principle, we wanted to do everything to ensure Great Britain simply did not leave the EU. No, today that matter is behind us. Today, what we can do is help Brexit happen on the basis of an agreement, and this is important not only for Great Britain and the EU, but it is important for Poland. - I think this is not a helpful position, because for the President of the European Council, the sole partner should be the Prime Minister and the government of a given member state. If Tusk were a political commentator, even a parliamentarian, perhaps it would be acceptable for him to do so, but appealing directly to public opinion in the EU is a risky step. In my opinion, apart from the fact that it certainly doesn't help, it definitely cannot help resolve the ratification crisis today - stated Konrad Szymański in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation."

- Early next week, we will present a concrete solution, we will say how it will look. - One question is: the referendum, the referendum decision, and how it will be consummated, is a purely internal British matter, and we should respect that so as not to provoke the most radical forces in Great Britain, who - as it turns out - in large numbers, are millions of people irritated by the fact that the EU is a system in which it is so easy to interfere in internal matters. This political process is difficult, I understand the irritation, but emotions solve nothing here, they don't help in anything. - I am convinced that Minister Sellin's remark is dictated by concern for the EU. It is not about empty satisfaction. We would like the EU to emerge from this crisis. "This is very dysfunctional. I hope that on April 6th, when the first convention of the European Coalition takes place and a minimum program is adopted there, then from that time on, everyone involved in the EC will speak with a similar voice. This is very important in every election campaign," said former Prime Minister and EC candidate for the European Parliament, Leszek Miller, in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on Poranek Radia TOK FM. He was referring to the discord within the Civic Platform (PO), the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD), and Nowoczesna concerning the 500+ program. "A political opponent always hunts for differences in views, differences of opinion, and ruthlessly exploits these differences. Today, we can justify that we are before the convention, but the campaign is ongoing, and the example of the ad released by PiS is proof of how effectively an opponent can be attacked," he added.

"With a persistence worthy of a better cause, the leaders of 'Wiosna' give the impression that they appeared out of nowhere, that they've never been involved in politics, and that is untrue. Krzysztof Śmiszek succeeded. He worked in my administration when I was Prime Minister. And we must say very clearly: for these 15 years of Poland's presence in the Union, we have rather focused on adapting Polish law to EU law, with little influence on how that EU law is made. This must change, because there are a lot of regulations that we then simply consume” – said Senator Konstanty Radziwiłł of PiS in an interview on Radio Jedynka. 

„Over a million Poles work in the UK, and their interests must be defended. Great Britain's exit from the EU will leave these Poles in a very difficult situation. The PiS government is not considering how to help Poles; instead, it wants to politically support the Brexiters in this madness, as the British themselves no longer want this divorce. This is proof that PiS continues to align itself with those who want to dismantle the European Union and undermine our security,” said Andrzej Halicki from Civic Platform (PO) at a press conference in the Sejm.

„Minister Szymański said that Donald Tusk made a mistake by stating that one should side with citizens, not politicians. Minister Szymański believes the exact opposite, that one should side with politicians, not citizens. These are absolutely scandalous words. Today, one must stand with those who did not want to leave the EU, with the Poles, and with the Union. Today, PiS sides with the Brexiters. Today, PiS is trying to join the anti-European international in Europe,” added Cezary Tomczyk.

“Let's wait until Monday, let's wait for the outcome of these talks. I hope it will be constructive, good, because to reach an agreement, there needs to be goodwill from both sides. - In the upcoming European Parliament elections, we will either choose the United Right and a strong family, or Grzegorz Schetyna's PO-KO and the weakening of the family in the form of LGBT+ programs, which are being introduced in Warsaw, and there are politicians in Krakow who also want to do this. Let there be no doubt. In my opinion, if the European Coalition wins the elections across Poland, they will introduce LGBT+ cards everywhere, throughout Poland. We cannot allow this - said Patryk Jaki during a meeting with voters. 

- I don't foresee any debate in this electoral district, but by all means, if there is such readiness, if there is enough courage, I am ready to publicly confront Jarosław Kaczyński in a fundamental discussion about Europe, not about 'hands off our children'. He is a former prime minister, I am a former prime minister. I believe he is also a good expert in international affairs - said Włodzimierz Cimoszewicz in an interview with Grzegorz Kajdanowicz on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

- The opposition has been placed in a situation where there is no other choice. It must, as far as possible, confirm that it will respect these decisions and will do everything to continue them. The United Kingdom's departure [from the EU], Brexit, is nothing other than an attempt to weaken the EU in some way. It will be a real attempt if it happens, and even without a deal.
