PiS Submits Draft Amendment to the Electoral Code Concerning the European Parliament According to the description on the Sejm's website, the draft concerns changes to the rules for electing Members of the European Parliament in electoral districts and introduces the principle that at least three Members shall be elected in each electoral district. The draft itself – submitted by a group of PiS MPs – is not yet available. It is known that today it was sent for opinions to BL and BAS.
