— PROTESTERS SUBMIT AGREEMENT DRAFT. RAFALSKA: WE ARE UNABLE TO FINANCE SUCH A SOLUTION. Parents of adults with disabilities have proposed a gradual approach to reaching the postulated amount for rehabilitation benefits, such that it would amount to 500 zlotys by June 2019. Minister Elżbieta Rafalska argued at a press conference that the government cannot afford to finance such an idea: "Adopting such solutions under pressure means that all other groups have acquired rights. In this situation, we are unable to finance and propose such a solution, considering the overall situation."
— TERLECKI: I AM SURPRISED HOW HEARTLESS ONE CAN BE TO KEEP DISABLED PEOPLE HERE FOR SO LONG.
— THE PROTEST IN THE SEJM CONTINUES. ANOTHER MANIFESTATION OF SUPPORT ON FRIDAY.
— THE MARSHAL'S GUARD HAS SUSPENDED THE ISSUANCE OF ONE-TIME ENTRY CARDS. Only journalists with permanent or temporary passes can enter the Sejm complex.
— PRESIDENT IS NOT WITHDRAWING FROM THE CONSULTATIVE REFERENDUM. HE WILL REVEAL SOME QUESTIONS TOMORROW. "I invite you to follow the President's address tomorrow. I think there may be answers there that I cannot give today, as it is the President's prerogative. The President will most likely reveal at least some of the questions he is considering," said Minister Paweł Mucha after the President's meeting with the Marshal of the Senate.
