-- PROVOCATIVE VISION FOR POLAND 2035: GDP PER CAPITA (PPP) REACHING 95-100% OF EU AVERAGE AND SURPASSING ITALY AND GREAT BRITAIN, A STABLE STATE WITH A GRAND COALITION GOVERNING LIKE GERMANY AND DENMARK - PAWEŁ BORYS AT THE POLAND, BUSINESS, WORLD CONGRESS: “My slightly provocative vision for Poland 2035: GDP per capita (PPP) reaching 95-100% of the EU average and surpassing the levels of Italy and Great Britain. High internal and external security thanks to a strong, modern army. The return of 2 million Poles who emigrated after 2004, balancing negative natural population growth and strengthening the labor market. A technological leap driven by automation, robotics, AI, and cloud computing. A stable state with a grand coalition governing like Germany and Denmark, building consensus in key areas such as pensions, energy, demographics, migration, and defense, foreign policy”.

-- MARCIN MATCZAK DRAWS CROWDS. DOES MATKA'S DAD WANT TO BE PRESIDENT? - JACEK NIZINKIEWICZ IN RZ: “Experts agree that before the next presidential elections, a candidate from outside the current party and political establishment will emerge. It is possible that this candidate will be Marcin Matczak. (...) I care about being recognized, about having a platform to build awareness that there is value in moderation, because that's how we can weaken polarization and change the political class – says Prof. Matczak”.

-- EUROPEAN COMMISSION ASSURES THAT POLAND IS IMPLEMENTING THE MIGRATION PACT – OKO.PRESS LEARNS UNOFFICIALLY - PAULINA PACUŁA IN OKO.PRESS: “The European Commission assures that Poland is implementing the migration pact – OKO.press has learned unofficially. Poland, indeed, did not meet the 'formal requirement,' meaning it did not submit its national implementation plan for the migration pact to the EU, but the EC is willing to overlook this and has no intention of imposing any sanctions on Poland. For the EC, effective implementation of the migration pact within the deadline is more important than member states meeting formal requirements”.

-- A PIS-KONFEDERACJA SENATE PACT WOULD LIKELY HAVE A MAJORITY - ANALYSIS BY MICHAŁ ROGALSKI IN ONET: “In such a scenario, the coalition of October 15 could count on 34 certain and probable mandates. Western districts, which have so far been considered safe, with a predominance of rural gminas, would become unstable. In Greater Poland, only Poznań and its immediate surroundings would remain certain. In contrast, a right-wing pact could count on 48 certain and probable mandates. 18 districts would remain uncertain. Such a situation could tip the scales to the right”.
