- As you know, we have decided on a radical reduction of both VAT on fuels and excise duty, as well as the introduction of something that must always be done with great caution, but here we decided it was a necessary decision, namely the possibility of introducing a maximum price, i.e. a regulated price at petrol stations, so that all our decisions, which have serious budgetary consequences, are actually positively felt by the end consumer - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during an extraordinary government session.
