- There are far-reaching doubts and reservations regarding the Sejm's procedure concerning the election of these individuals [to the Constitutional Tribunal]. I will only point to Article 30, paragraph 3 of the Sejm's Rules of Procedure - stated Zbigniew Bogucki at a press conference.

- It seems that the deadline for submitting candidacies was not observed, and secondly, a violation of Article 30, paragraph 4 of the Sejm's Rules of Procedure, by not observing the minimum 7-day period between the delivery of the document concerning candidacies to MPs and the holding of the vote - the Head of the Presidential Chancellery continued.

- And finally, thirdly, a violation of procedural fairness standards by not presenting one of the submitted candidacies to the MPs. These are critical procedural errors that, in my assessment, were made during the proceedings - he added.
