- The government is primarily looking for legal loopholes and seeking justification for its decision, for this resolution that was adopted today, which is an obvious breach of law, an obvious breach of the Polish Constitution - said Rafał Leśkiewicz on Polsat News.

- First and foremost, Article 89 of the Polish Constitution, and it also contradicts the Treaty on European Union, Article 4(2), which clearly states that all decisions and matters concerning defense and security are the exclusive domain of member states and cannot be financed from the European Union budget - he continued.
