- I can only draw attention to one fundamental element – the element of conditionality. It is, of course, a major problem, because as Poland, we have bad experiences with conditionality – said Marcin Przydacz in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- And we are not talking about development issues here, because whether a highway is built or not, sometimes it might be built half a year later – that’s a different matter. Here we are talking about armament issues, about security issues. Just imagine a situation where the Polish government signs a contract for the delivery of some equipment, thus undertaking an obligation, and for some reason, a year later, Ursula von der Leyen says: “And I won’t pay you this money” – he stated.

- I don’t know how the President will ultimately decide, because it will be his individual decision. I see certain advantages when it comes to SAFE issues, but there are also certain threats – he pointed out.
