- The [Pegasus Investigation] Committee has adopted a resolution to file notifications of potential criminal offenses by former SKW chief Mr. Materka and former ABW chief Mr. Pogonowski. Regarding the former heads of the services, we are filing a notification of exceeding their authority and failing to fulfill their duties, in connection with the fact that they allowed a system to be used in the services, both in SKW and ABW, which was not a system that the state would guarantee - stated Magdalena Sroka at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- A guarantee in the form of accreditation is the basis for using such systems. The gentlemen allowed for information obtained using the Pegasus system to potentially reach the services of a foreign state. In this case, we accuse both gentlemen of offenses under Article 231 § 1 of the Penal Code and Article 265 § 2 of the Penal Code - the MP continued.
