- We have to agree that this system is broken and that this law simply won't fix it. And the situation where one side and the other constantly squabble over who is more right and who will push through their own law, let's be honest, will achieve nothing. It will certainly not improve the judicial system and will not allow people to have faster access to justice - said Marcelina Zawisza during the Sejm session during the second reading of the government's bill concerning the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS).
