"There are currently over 1100 cases pending at the European Court of Human Rights concerning the fact that individuals who - in light of European law - do not constitute a court are adjudicating in the Supreme Court." - wrote Waldemar Żurek on X.

"We have already paid 5.5 million PLN in compensation, and each subsequent loss amounts to at least 10,000 euros. Who pays for this? Polish taxpayers." - he continued in his post.

"And this will not end on its own. For every appearance of a neo-judge in court, for every donning of the robe, the Polish taxpayer will pay." - he emphasized.
