- The aim of this law is to regulate the status of judges appointed with the participation of the National Council of the Judiciary operating from March 7, 2018, to May 13, 2026, referred to as the neo-KRS - stated Waldemar Żurek in the Sejm.

- Consequently, to guarantee participants in court proceedings full realization of the right to have their case heard by an independent, impartial, properly appointed court, and the principle of legal certainty regarding the finality of court judgments - he continued.

- This is something the Polish citizen does not have today. They go to court, pay their lawyer, incur court fees, and in the end, it turns out that the supposed ruling can be nullified. And the Polish taxpayer pays for it. This is a pathological situation, and we must fix it. We must fix it, and we must fix it together with the President. I would like the President to consider this bill - he went on to say.
