- If it were the case that the President said, "I have a driver who has completed law school, I will appoint him as a judge," would he also be a judge? He has completed law school. No, because there must be a motion from a legal body - he continued.

- All Polish legal judicial bodies and international bodies have clearly indicated that there was no motion because there was no legal body. If this motion is absent, it is flawed, which is why the irremovability of a judge applies to the judge, not to the person appointed through such a procedure - he went on to say.
