- Today, the Confederation is intervening at the Office of the Prime Minister regarding the lawsuit against the European Union-Mercosur agreement before the Court of Justice of the European Union - said Anna Bryłka at a press conference.

- The Polish government, primarily Minister Stefan Krajewski, but also Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, announced that Poland would sue the agreement at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Yesterday, a meeting of the Council of Ministers took place, and the Council of Ministers did not adopt any resolution that would oblige the Polish government to file such a lawsuit with the Court of Justice of the European Union - she continued.

- We are intervening today [...] in order to find out, firstly, whether such a lawsuit will definitely be filed, and secondly, what the content of this lawsuit will be, whether it will concern only and exclusively the agreement itself, the content of the agreement, or also the ratification procedure - she added.

- We are also calling today at this conference on the Polish government to adopt a resolution of the Council of Ministers as soon as possible regarding the lawsuit against the agreement with Mercosur countries before the Court of Justice of the European Union - she concluded.

- We know that we are in a kind of process that is generating significant emotions, known as the 'Danish compromise'. The discussion on this matter is ongoing. A steering committee has been appointed. There are expert teams between PZU and Pekao S.A. - This is, of course, a response to the requirements of market regulators, both in the insurance and financial sectors, concerning capital requirements for these companies, for these entities, and we must mitigate all risks - he continued.

- The validity period of the current memorandum, which was in effect until the end of the year, has been extended. Expert teams are working. We know that this is a complex process requiring amendments to four acts - he indicated.

- The ultimate goal is to create a financial-insurance conglomerate, a bancassurance group. However, there is no predetermined final scenario, as I am awaiting the team's recommendations. A schedule was adopted in the first memorandum, but it is naturally outdated due to the complexity of this process - he noted.

When asked if this would happen during the current parliamentary term, he replied: - I am unable to, so to speak, confirm that unequivocally.

- Similarly, when we look at the Second Polish Republic, we realize that during those two decades alone, minorities in the Second Republic included millions of Polish Jews, millions of Polish Ukrainians, Belarusians, Polish Armenians, and Polish Tatars. - The President will of course respond positively to all these requests if they appear, in a situation where Minister Sikorski respects the law, respects custom, and cooperates with the President, rather than expecting the President to be merely a notary for his own decisions - said Marcin Przydacz on Radio ZET, when asked when the President will sign the ambassadorial nominations, as these are the expectations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- It was Minister Sikorski who published his letter [...] he wrote that he is ready to resign Mr. Minister Klich as head of the post. This shows that he himself no longer sees a chance for Mr. Bogdan Klich to continue serving in this capacity, and at the same time, there is no agreement for his potential ambassadorship. - Meaning that first, an agreement is reached between the two offices, between the President and the Minister, but in practice, between the presidential minister and a person designated by Mr. Minister Sikorski, on a candidacy, and then it is processed. Only then is there a convention, where the substance is discussed as to whether the given candidate meets expectations [...] then there is the [...] foreign affairs committee [...] finally, there is the signature of the President - he continued.

- Mr. President is also open to other parties having their representatives in such a council [of parliamentarians] - said Marcin Przydacz on Radio ZET.

- There were also conversations with other clubs, and I know that some leaders of these clubs reacted very nervously [...] despite a certain readiness on the part of MPs associated with the ruling coalition, who believed there was value in talking with Mr. President, for example, about the content of laws being processed in the Sejm, in order to avoid, for instance, an unpleasant surprise, which could be some kind of veto for some - he continued, when asked if invitations were sent to all clubs.

- MPs, especially those in lower ranks, see this need and have expressed readiness, but their leaders absolutely blocked it, so that God forbid they would not cooperate with the President - he further stated.

- I think Ms. Anna Maria Żukowska is quite sparing with her knowledge and the truth in this regard - he noted, after the host pointed out that Anna Maria Żukowska had said that Lewica had not received any invitation.

I also spoke with colleagues from Konfederacja yesterday in the Lublin region regarding agricultural matters. I spoke with farmers who are Konfederacja voters, they came to my office. I didn't target Konfederacja myself – said Przemysław Czarnek in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

- I am not playing games with Konfederacja. I cooperate with everyone where it is possible – he added.

- The leader of your party, your colleagues, took on Konfederacja, for a while they practically did nothing else and haven't finished yet. Is that a good strategy for being in opposition or not? - asked Piotr Witwicki.

- As far as I know, President Jarosław Kaczyński responded to Konfederacja when he was attacked by Sławomir Mentzen. Now, in response to a question, [...] he spoke favorably about Mr. Krzysztof Bosak, which also did not go down well – replied the Vice-Chairman of PiS.

- So now I ask in turn: [...] well, what is it finally, praise Konfederacja or attack Konfederacja? – he asked.

- I am for cooperation and always will be. I am also for cooperation with centrist parties, even with the Polish People's Party, if they wanted to cooperate - said Przemysław Czarnek on "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events) on Polsat News.

- On many issues, they express opinions that are absolutely our opinions, such as I heard today [...] at a press conference in Poniatowa, that Mr. Klimczak, the minister, said that the clean air zone in Krakow is an absurdity that violates human rights. These are our opinions - he continued.

- But he is in the government, which, by the way, supports this president. So, well... - he added.
