No and That's Final.

"The government is constitutionally responsible for conducting foreign policy. This G20 format, its preparation, that is of course the domain of the government. We are talking about matters that are exclusively within the government's purview and decision-making. And it doesn't matter that I am the Prime Minister, really, what matters is respecting the Constitution and the elementary principles of the Polish system" – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said at a press conference in Brussels.

"So I will not allow the Presidential Palace to violate the Constitution due to inflated ambitions, a desire to spite us, or for any other reasons. No and that's final" – he continued.

"But I will not do anything that would expose Poland to losses. Since Mr. Przydacz went to the United States, he has of course received the necessary materials from us, the government will not hinder anything. But I will not accept a situation where, at any given moment, the president and his people want to change the system by force of fact, deceit, or intrigue; this is simply unacceptable and against Polish interests" – he went on to say.

"We have another president who has insisted on violating or even outright raping the Constitution" – he emphasized.
