- Perhaps it will be necessary to initiate a procedure for supplementing the election of judges to the Constitutional Tribunal. This ruling certainly helps us in some way to explain to citizens that we must fix this, because the consequences of this will be very serious. That is, Poland will not have a constitutional court, even though it is enshrined in our Constitution, and citizens will not have the legal protection provided by the Constitution - said Waldemar Żurek at a press conference, referring to the ECJ's ruling.
