- A very important topic for us is the development of infrastructure, not only for military use, but dual-use, meaning infrastructure for railway, road, as well as pipelines, which should be expanded as quickly as possible in eastern Germany, in Poland, all the way to the Baltic states, or south to the Czech Republic. I thank you for supporting this process and for your backing. This is a joint initiative of NATO states, as well as national states - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference with NATO Secretary Mark Rutte.
