- Such things happen. Even the best lawyers sometimes have their lawsuits returned because there are forms, and someone believes a box should have been checked or filled in. And this morning, I am already in contact with the National Prosecutor, and I already know from him that a motion has been filed which meets the expectations of the person who refused to make the entry - stated Waldemar Żurek at a press briefing.

The Minister of Justice was thus referring to the court's decision, which dismissed the National Prosecutor's Office's motion to secure the property of the former Minister of Justice.
