Mateusz Nowak

- Of course, we will comply with the rulings of European courts, because they are also our courts. I have great respect for the positions of various churches, but I believe that the state remains secular and there is a separation of church and state - said Waldemar Żurek in Polsat News, when asked about the ECJ ruling concerning the recognition of same-sex partnerships and the stance of the Episcopate.

I cannot answer this with 100% certainty, but at first glance, I believe that yes [it will be statutory regulations] - he went on to say, when asked if this would not be done by way of a regulation and if a statutory approach was necessary.
