- Today we will re-adopt the draft bill on cryptocurrencies. I want to make this very clear, and I am once again addressing all interested parties, including President Nawrocki - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said during a Council of Ministers meeting.

- We learned during these turbulent debates and meetings in recent days and hours, among others, Minister Bogucki stated it directly, that the President did not know earlier. "It's a shame he didn't know, because if he had known then..." - he continued.

As the Prime Minister indicated: - So now we say this: please do not disturb anymore and please allow this bill to pass, thanks to which cryptocurrency market participants in Poland will be safe, or at least safer, because generally, cryptocurrencies, the main value of this phenomenon is not some 100 percent safety.

- However, what is the task we have accomplished and are repeating the same effort for, is to make the cryptocurrency market in Poland safe from the perspective of investors, especially small investors, and from the perspective of the state's interests - he stated.
