- You could lose up to two thousand zlotys. Tusk's team is preparing new regulations. From the new year, your mandate contract, if these regulations are adopted, could be forcibly converted into an employment contract, and this could mean a huge financial loss for you - said Mateusz Morawiecki in a recording on X.

- For example, with earnings of 10,000 zlotys gross per month, you could lose up to two thousand zlotys. And that's not all, because the act also includes a change regarding the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), which is being granted super-powers, dangerous powers, which will allow it to practically decide arbitrarily whether a given contract has the character of an employment contract or not - he continued.
