- A great deal of falsehood has accumulated around this matter [the ECJ ruling] since yesterday. Interpretations are already emerging that say: the Union will impose its legislation on us. So, no – it cannot impose its legislation upon us - stated Marcin Kierwiński in a conversation with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń.".

- Secondly, the issue concerned transcription, meaning how a document resulting from the law of another member state is to be applied in Poland. And we will discuss this matter. […] It must be in accordance with Polish law - he continued.
