Wipler:
We Won't Enter a Coalition with Anyone Who Doesn't Give Us the Prime Minister
- We are a formation that, if it enters government with anyone – I repeat: with anyone – and does not meet the expectations placed in us by our voters, by the entire young generation of Poles […], will cease to exist, because people will throw us out with the rubbish. We will prove to be useless to anyone for anything. We simply cannot afford such mistakes - said Przemysław Wipler in "Three Questions at the End of the Day" on Radio ZET.
Responding to the host Beata Lubecka's comment that Konfederacja would therefore not enter into a coalition with anyone, he replied: - We will enter into one. And if our partner breaks the rules we try to impose, then this coalition will end, but it will be our partner who will fall out of the coalition. Because we will not enter into a coalition with anyone who does not give us the prime minister, meaning the decisive person.
- Because otherwise we will end up as a sidekick. In the Polish political model, it is impossible to sign a reasonable coalition agreement that will anticipate all possible problems. And if something you haven't anticipated happens, then the ultimate arbiter is the prime minister - he explained.
