- I must admit that engaging with what Donald Tusk declares at any given moment is a rather futile undertaking, because there have been so many different kinds of announcements over the years that I believe studying the relationship between the 100 concrete proposals and the 58 goals, and examining their feasibility, is a waste of time, because it is known that they will do nothing, or almost nothing anyway, and if they do something, it won't be as they announced. This government is not a democratic government also in the sense that democracy is based on a certain assumption that those who present their goals in election campaigns have the will to realize them.
