Szłapka on Presidential Powers:
Everything is Precisely Described in the Constitution.
Everything is very precisely described in the Constitution, and everything is precisely described in laws, even in the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling. The President indeed has the powers to represent Poland abroad, as he is, according to the Constitution, the highest representative of the authorities in Poland, but he must always represent the government's stance. This is his obligation, and there is no exception to this rule – stated Adam Szłapka on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden" program.
