The Council of Ministers Did Not Authorize the President.

"I kindly inform you that the Council of Ministers did not authorize Mr. President to submit proposals for changes to European treaties," Radosław Sikorski wrote on the X portal.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs thus responded to Karol Nawrocki's speech from yesterday. The President presented his "vision of the direction in which the EU should go," calling it "a Polish program for the EU."
