"Without cooperation, there is no building security; hateful shouting weakens it, destroys community, and does not build alliance potential or societal strength. Regardless of emotions, which are a normal matter, for us, for our government, cooperation in the field of security, for the Ministry of National Defence, for me as the Minister of Defence, is a sacred mandate stemming from the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Poland, and truly from the heart's need to care for the well-being and security of our beloved homeland, and nothing will stop us on this path, and nothing will discourage us on this path," stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz during a ceremony at Piłsudski Square.

"We will be full of passion for building together, I believe, Mr. President, the strength of the Republic of Poland, preparing for the most difficult events that may befall us," he continued.
