Of course, he was a civic candidate, he never had a membership card, and that is the best guarantee. The President does not have this membership card, so I can calmly have one - he continued.

- If a rational legislator, and I am a lawyer, a rational legislator has decided that such a requirement should not be imposed, then I see no reason why I should give up my membership in Law and Justice - he continued.
