- This is the difference in approach to the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) between the coalition of October 15th and PiS. PiS apparently believes that the head should be a person from their party and they are unable to grasp that there are institutions that should be shared, taken out of political conflict - said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on PR1, when asked about Tadeusz Dziuba, PiS's candidate for head of the NIK. - Control is something that serves citizens and assures citizens that no state institutions will misuse public funds, will not break the law, and here, truly, this non-partisanship, taking the NIK entirely out of the pool of party, I would say, responsibility for the good of the citizens, this is the intention and this is the direction we are going, it's a shame that PiS doesn't understand this - she continued.
