I will not allow Mr. Nawrocki, once he is sworn in as President, to politically demolish the government. I know the Constitution by heart, especially those parts that describe what belongs to the President and what belongs to the government. The President, and I'm also telling Mr. Nawrocki this, so he should really take note of it, the President in Poland is a representative of the Polish state, as the Constitution states, and domestic and foreign policy is conducted by the Council of Ministers - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts After Facts).
