So other things can be done, but the justice system can certainly be improved in many other matters - she continued. - People are waiting for this, people have simply had enough of being, I don't know, summoned to court three years after being a witness to a car accident; they no longer remember anything about the event. Simply, everything is too slow from their perspective. Not from the perspective of judges, whom we often hear say "too slow, too slow these settlements." Cases before these judges proceed too slowly - she emphasized.
