But definitely, before the end of the term, everyone should be appointed, meaning all vacancies should be filled – stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on TVP INFO, when asked about the vacancies in the Constitutional Tribunal.

- Because yes, because we could wake up with judges in the Constitutional Tribunal appointed entirely by, for example, Ordo Iuris. I would not want that. And it will certainly not be a better situation than the current one – she continued.

- I don't know if it will be in December yet, but indeed in 2027, before the elections, if these vacancies are filled, they will be able to constitute a majority in the Constitutional Tribunal – she concluded.
