- The State Tribunal [...] is, in Polish conditions, a political institution and, generally speaking, constructed in such a way that its objectivity cannot be spoken of at all, and therefore I believe that in new constitutional solutions, which Poland absolutely needs, these matters should be handled differently - said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference. - Some say 'Tusk before the State Tribunal'; there is no sense in bringing Tusk before the State Tribunal, he should simply stand before the appropriate court, a court of the level appropriate for the offenses he has committed - he continued.
