Yes, preliminarily, this congress is planned for October. It is a follow-up to the incredibly successful 2015 program congress - Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk said on ‘Sygnały dnia’ on PR1, when asked about PiS’s plans. - Well, Mr. Editor, if certain methods bring positive results, then of course, taking into account the changing reality, because this congress will certainly be different than the one 10 years ago, but it is always worth talking about the program - he continued. - Certainly, I believe that very serious reflection is required on the overall constitutional framework of state functioning. The 1997 Constitution, in many elements, in my opinion, requires changes, requires correction; perhaps it should be a completely new constitutional document - he pointed out. - It is worth discussing [also] our position in the European Union. I will certainly be a co-author of this discussion as well. How, in the face of various negative tendencies in the European Union, Poland should seek its place within the European Union. Because, contrary to what some foolishly try to insinuate, Law and Justice does not advocate for Poland's exit from the European Union - Szynkowski vel Sęk said about the planned topics for discussion at the program congress.
