Tuesday's Political Agenda: Sejm Session Opens, Government Continues Deregulation Efforts
The four-day Sejm session will commence at 10:00 with the first readings of two draft laws concerning amendments to the Labour Code. Throughout the day, MPs will address so-called deregulation bills, as well as amendments to the Electoral Code, which include, among other things, expanding the possibilities of postal voting for all voters. At 10:30, the Pegasus investigative committee will hear testimony from Krystian Dobrzyński, followed by Aneta Mierzwińska, and finally Urszula Nalaskowska. At 12:30, the same committee will hold a closed session to question Mierzwińska and Nalaskowska. At 11:00, the Sejm committee on accountability will reconvene for a closed session to consider the preliminary motion to bring NBP President Adam Glapiński before the State Tribunal for constitutional responsibility. The agenda includes hearings of Łukasz Hardt and Paweł Mucha. At 12:00, a government session will begin. The agenda primarily features a deregulation bill – an amendment to the Spatial Planning and Development Act. Ministers will also discuss a draft resolution on the adoption of the National Development Concept 2050, as well as a draft law on state aid for shipowners of floating units in connection with the ban on cod fishing in the Baltic Sea.

Korneluk on the Report Regarding Electoral Commissions:

By the End of the Week.
I think that by the end of this week there will be a full report. As of today, we have examined, inspected 222 district electoral commissions, which is 80.88% of all 240 or 252 commissions that were planned. 252. This number may still increase, depending on the findings in individual preliminary proceedings - stated Dariusz Korneluk in "One on One" on TVN24. In 151, no irregularities were found. Irregularities were found in 71 commissions. In fact, in 3/4 of the examined commissions, the examined votes and ballots, no irregularities occurred - he continued.

07:41

Indictment Against Braun. Korneluk Specifies Timeline
- Yesterday, the District Prosecutor informed me that this month [an indictment will be prepared against Grzegorz Braun] - stated Dariusz Korneluk in the TVN24 program "Jeden na jeden".

07:48

Korneluk on Bąkiewicz's Pardon:

I Received It With Embarrassment.
- As a citizen, I received this with great disbelief and, frankly, with embarrassment, that a person who pushes an elderly woman down the stairs is pardoned. Simply speechless - stated Dariusz Korneluk on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden" program.

Szłapka Announces Government Session Following Reconstruction
There might be some final touches remaining, but everything is on the right track. The coalition is cohesive. As we discussed earlier, I will consistently say: there are only 26 hours left until everything will be known - stated Adam Szłapka on TVP Info. On Wednesday at 10:00 AM, the Prime Minister will announce the composition of the new Council of Ministers. On Friday, a government session will take place, and thus, in agreement with the President, we are looking at the precise time, everything needs to be finalized, but the swearing-in must occur. This will also all happen this week - he continued.

08:05

Szłapka:

This will be a completely new Council of Ministers. It will be a new beginning
This will be a completely new Council of Ministers. Simply put. It will be a new beginning, a new Council of Ministers. For a very long time, in fact, from the very beginning, it was known, and the Prime Minister said so, that after the presidential elections, regardless of their outcome, there would be time for an audit, a summary, for changes or an updating of priorities, and all of this will be discussed this week, and we will close this matter this week – stated Adam Szłapka on TVP Info.

08:37

Tomczyk:

I am convinced that Tusk should lead the government and that he will lead us to another victory
- I am absolutely convinced that Prime Minister Donald Tusk is the man who, as we all know, defeated PiS, who led us to victory. And I am also convinced that only in his hands can the position of Prime Minister rest - said Cezary Tomczyk in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti". - Throughout his entire life, and also through his functioning in politics, he has proven that he can win, that he does win, and I am also convinced that he will lead us to another victory - he stated. - I am deeply convinced that Donald Tusk should head the Polish government […]. I cannot imagine this structure looking any other way - he added.

08:45

Tomczyk:

Tusk is not an easy boss, but a demanding one
- All the most important elements of the government's policy, concerning the state's financial and defense policy, and the policy related to internal security, are milestone steps or tasks set by Donald Tusk. And I assure you, he is not an easy boss. He is a demanding boss who requires the tasks he sets to be implemented, and our job is to do it step by step - said Cezary Tomczyk in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

08:48

Resigning Party Membership? Bogucki: There's No Need. I Will Remain a PiS Politician and Head the KPRP
- There is no such need. I am a politician of Law and Justice, and my decisions and choices in this regard have been consistent. I was, I am, and I will remain so, there is nothing new here - said Zbigniew Bogucki in an interview with Karol Surówka on "Sygnały dnia" PR1, when asked if he would resign his PiS membership upon taking on the role of Head of the KPRP. - I will serve the President, I will serve the Republic of Poland in a different way now, not as a Member of Parliament, but precisely as the Head of President Karol Nawrocki's Chancellery. There is no contradiction here - he continued.

08:53

Tomczyk:

Professionalization and Staff Building for the 2027 Elections Must Happen Now
- I was involved in many election campaigns, I participated in many campaigns as a staff member, both in those that were won and in those campaigns where we wanted to achieve a different outcome. I think the most important conclusion is that this professionalization and staff building must happen now - said Cezary Tomczyk in "Graffiti" Polsat News. - We know that we are preparing for the elections in 2027. These must be victorious elections, because it's not just about the stakes or it's not an election between political parties. It is a choice of the path Poland will take for many years - he indicated.

08:56

Bogucki on the Green Deal and the Migration Pact:

If the Nation Cannot Change Politicians' Decisions, Then We Do Not Have Democracy.
- If external law cannot be changed, because that is the law of the European Union [...] if the nation cannot change the decisions of politicians, then it means we do not have democracy. The nation can change the decisions of politicians, even the most far-reaching ones, even the most foolish ones - said Zbigniew Bogucki in PR1, when asked how Karol Nawrocki intends to change the provisions of the Green Deal and the migration pact, given that it cannot be done through a referendum or an act of law in Poland. - A nationwide referendum binds everyone, it binds every authority, even the dysfunctional authority that exists today, headed by Donald Tusk. Unless Donald Tusk also wants to trample on the will of the nation, just as he is trying to trample on the will of the nation in the case of the presidential elections - he continued.

08:59

Tomczyk on Cenckiewicz's Nomination to Head the National Security Bureau:

A Catastrophe in Many Respects.
- Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, I am speaking here about the Ministry of National Defence, has extensive experience in cooperation with the president, who, after all, was from a different political camp, namely Andrzej Duda. The Constitution provides for a system of cohabitation, that is, the coexistence of centers of power from different sides of the political scene. These frameworks were outlined for us by the constitution - said Cezary Tomczyk in "Graffiti" Polsat News. - However, nothing will change the fact that the nomination of Mr. Cenckiewicz to head the National Security Bureau (BBN) is a catastrophe in many respects. A person who has revealed state secrets, who faces prosecutorial charges, is someone who should never head such an institution. The President-elect takes responsibility for his actions - he stated.

09:17

Participating in EU Summits? Bogucki: It's Natural. The President Doesn't Need Anyone's Permission
- I think it's natural. We will see how this cooperation will unfold [...] between the head of state, and thus President Karol Nawrocki, and the government. It will probably be very difficult cooperation - Zbigniew Bogucki said on PR1, when asked if President Karol Nawrocki would want to participate in EU summits. - This is one of the roles of the President of the Republic, I recall that the presidential mandate is, one might say, the strongest, because it comes from direct elections, the mandate of President-elect Karol Nawrocki is the freshest - he continued, when pressed whether the new president would have aspirations to be part of EU negotiations, to be in Brussels during summits. - The President does not need to ask anyone for permission. [...] It's good to coordinate such matters, if there is no willingness on the other side [...] I think Mr. President will cope with it - he went on to say, when asked if President Karol Nawrocki would seek the Prime Minister's permission to attend an EU summit.

09:17

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Coalition Agreements:

Poland 2050 Will Have a Deputy Prime Minister from November.
These are matters that the Prime Minister will announce - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the program “Gość Rada Zet” on Radio Zet, when asked about the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Radosław Sikorski. I can say that Poland 2050 will have a Deputy Prime Minister from November - she continued. Who it will be, Poland 2050 will decide - she answered the question of whether she herself would be Deputy Prime Minister. […] We have been advocating for this from the beginning. From the very beginning. It is a fair arrangement. If there is a Speaker [of the Sejm] until November, then in November there must be a change, both a Deputy Prime Minister and a Deputy Speaker [of the Sejm] for Poland 2050. And this has been agreed upon - she summarized.

09:20

Bogucki:

Anyone Undermining the President's Role Will Face a Very Strong Reaction
- I cannot imagine Poland's stance on international affairs not being coordinated with the President of the Republic; this also stems from the provisions of the Constitution, and of course, the government has a certain priority in this regard, even based on [Constitutional Tribunal] rulings [...] however, I will reiterate, the most recent and strongest mandate from the will of the nation belongs to the elected president [...] also, the legal provisions indicate that cooperation must occur here - said Zbigniew Bogucki on PR1. - For instance, when it comes to the appointment of ambassadors, or concerning security issues, these are absolutely fundamental prerogatives of the head of state, so if someone intends to circumvent these prerogatives, or intends to [...] diminish the role of the president, they will, I believe, face a very strong reaction - he continued.

09:28

President Nawrocki's First Legislative Initiative. Bogucki on the Details
- The first one, I can already say, we have this announcement, and again, an announcement from the election campaign, being implemented in the first days of the presidency, the CPK bill, this bill, which is extremely important from the perspective of the developmental Polish state - Zbigniew Bogucki said on PR1, when asked what the projects from the "wave, series of legislative initiatives from the Presidential Chancellery" that is to follow August 7th will concern.

09:56

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Yesterday's Coalition Leaders' Talks:

It Was a Coordination Meeting.
- It was a coordination meeting, where the four coalition partners met and discussed which parts of the government they want to take responsibility for. This is to ensure a sense of partnership on the one hand, and on the other hand, at least from the perspective of Polska 2050, there is a conviction that we really need to move forward together on these matters - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the program "Gość Radia Zet" on Radio Zet, when asked about the government reconstruction. - So we are even ready to step back somewhere and concede something, as long as this government finally moves forward on these matters and ends the personal soap operas, because everyone is truly fed up with that - she continued.

09:56

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Poland 2050's Further Governance Plans:

We are talking about a tax on excess bank profits...
- We need very serious developmental changes that will support Polish technologies. And this means a different kind of support, focused on a very specific group of technologies, not all of them, for enterprises, so that they grow, for the support of Polish private companies, so that in this pool of companies, our economy is driven by Polish private business, not banks and State Treasury companies. That's why we are talking about a tax on excess bank profits, we are talking about a cadastral tax on a third apartment, we are talking about a tax on tech giants – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the program "Gość Radia Zet" on Radio Zet, when asked about Poland 2050's further plans for governance. - It cannot be the case that we burden people with taxes, while big giants take our money somewhere abroad and we get nothing from it. The same applies to banks, which are earning enormously today but are not financing the Polish economy. The same applies to the cadastral tax. Apartments are not for landlords, but for people – she continued.

09:57

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

Ministry of Funds Remains
- The Ministry of Funds remains. Everything within the Ministry of Funds, as there were some doubts about the National Property Stock or social housing initiatives. Everything in the Ministry of Funds remains as it was - stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the program 'Gość Radia Zet' on Radio Zet, when asked about the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. - We will cooperate very well with whomever takes this [housing] on, around the plan that we have and which we know is good for Polish housing. And that means: more social construction, no mortgage subsidies. [...] the official withdrawal finally from the government's work [...] of the bill on subsidies for developers and banks. A clear 'no' to REITs, and finally, also a firm regulation of consumer rights around various matters - she continued, when asked if she would take over the government administration department in the area of housing.

09:57

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on Poland 2050:

It won’t disappear.
These are the kinds of polls that, instead of serving to gauge public opinion, are used for political infighting. And it’s like this with Poland 2050: when we appeared, everyone said we wouldn’t even survive until any election, because how can a new party live for three years in opposition? We survived. When I was conducting the first election campaign to parliament, everyone told me we wouldn’t get into the Sejm, that we should join one list, that we were finished – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in the program “Gość Rada Zet” on Radio Zet, when asked about polls according to which 80% of respondents believe that Szymon Hołownia’s grouping, Poland 2050, will not last until the next election. - We entered the Sejm. Thanks to that, a democratic government was formed and we survived. Then, shortly after joining the government, it immediately started again, saying that we would soon be gone again, that we wouldn’t survive in government. We are here, we will be here, we are needed, we are learning, and truly, those who think and keep repeating that we won’t be here are mistaken – she continued. - I know it’s very difficult to get used to the fact that there is a new political force that operates differently, that tackles certain very difficult issues and wants to change policies that have somehow lasted for 30 years and no one has seriously addressed them. And all the time, many are prodding: it will disappear, it will disappear, it will disappear. It won’t disappear – she added.

09:58

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz on the presidential election:

There is no doubt about the final outcome.

09:59

Pełczyńska-Nałęcz:

Hennig-Kloska Will Remain Minister of Climate
Ms. Paulina Hennig-Kloska [will remain] the Minister of Climate – stated Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz during the program „Gość Radio Zet” on Radio Zet, when asked about the future of ministers from Poland 2050 in the government. – Absolutely. With Paulina Hennig-Kloska – she continued, when asked about the future of the Ministry of Climate after the government reconstruction. – There is no change here. It was, it is, and it will be. The Prime Minister will communicate the remaining significant changes – she summarized.

10:42

Hołownia Extends Sejm Session:

We are in a legislative frenzy.
-

We are in a legislative frenzy, which is not slowing down and shows no signs of doing so in the near future. This Sejm session, I have decided, will be continued on August 4th and 5th. On the 4th, we will likely work from the afternoon hours, and on the 5th, we must finish by around 6:00 PM to technically prepare the hall [for the National Assembly] - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

10:48

Hołownia Announces Review of Motion Regarding Ziobro
- Last week, I referred a motion that I received to the Rules Committee, requesting the detention and forced escort to a hearing of the Pegasus Committee of Minister Zbigniew Ziobro. I hope that the committee will prepare this report and that we will be able to consider it during this session - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

10:49

Hołownia Addresses the Prosecutor's Office:

When Will We See an Indictment Against Braun?
- The question keeps returning from my side to the prosecutor's office: when will we see an indictment against MP Grzegorz Braun for what he did on this very gallery over a year and a half ago, for which we effectively lifted his immunity? - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

10:53

Hołownia Announces Vote for New NIK President
- I hope that at the next session we will manage, although it's not yet decided, because a candidate needs to be nominated here, I'm talking about the continuation of this session, i.e. August 5th, we will manage to appoint a new President of NIK, because President Banaś's term is ending now, at the end of the month, and I hope that the new President of NIK will be able to start work in September, regardless of who it will be, and I expect that in the coming days a candidacy or candidacies will be put forward in this matter - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

10:55

Hołownia Announces Project to Allow Breathalyzer Tests for MPs During Sejm Sessions
I have prepared a project concerning the possibility of testing, or ordering the Marshal presiding to test, an MP with a breathalyzer in the plenary hall during sessions. I intend to submit it for discussion at the Sejm Presidium meeting, and then formally propose it - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

10:58

Hołownia on Government Reshuffle:

We Agreed Very Clearly and Legibly.
Yesterday, we had a long meeting, over 3 hours, perhaps almost 4 hours, with the coalition leaders, also expanded to include other leaders, club heads, our deputies. It was a very long meeting, full of dynamics and plot twists. We agreed very clearly and legibly that the Prime Minister will inform about all the results of our work in a statement tomorrow morning - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:00

Hołownia on coalition talks:

Not all issues have been definitively settled.
- Not all issues have been definitively settled. I'm talking here also about issues such as deputy ministers. We know the direction that the prime minister wants to take in his government, our government, which is a reduction of deputy ministerial positions by the agreed-upon 20%, but here too, it will likely be the case that ministers, such is also the aim of this change, will have greater flexibility in arranging the composition of their deputy ministers within their ministries than was previously the case - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:03

Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Speaker for Poland 2050. Hołownia's Clear Declaration
- It is obvious, confirmed by leaders and stated many times in various formats, at different tables where we sat, that at the moment I step down from the position of Marshal of the Sejm in November this year, in order to maintain balance and responsibility for the state among the coalition parties, Polska 2050 will have the position of Deputy Prime Minister in the government and Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, which will not be me. I will also not be Deputy Prime Minister - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:12

Hołownia's Unambiguous Declaration Regarding Administering the Oath to the New President:

My Constitutional Duty.
The President has been elected, I did not vote for this president, I voted for someone else and I have openly stated this, but it is my constitutional duty to administer the oath to the president who was elected by my fellow citizens - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:14

Sikorski as Deputy Prime Minister? Hołownia: My Stance on This Matter is Unambiguous
- Such a proposal was indeed made by the Prime Minister. My stance on this matter is unambiguous: Minister Sikorski is a very good Minister of Foreign Affairs and has all the qualifications to be a Deputy Prime Minister in the Polish government. I have no doubts about this and I strongly support him in this role - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:15

Hołownia Announces Meeting with President-Elect
- We are planning such a meeting [with the president-elect] this week. We are in the process of finalizing the date and time. We agreed on it much earlier, we need to talk about how the president sees his relationship with parliament in the coming months - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:17

Hołownia:

Whipping up speculation about election fraud served no good purpose
- I believe that whipping up this atmosphere, perhaps I could put it that way, around suspicions of election fraud served no good purpose. It is indeed true that all doubts, I believe none of us have doubts about this, must be clarified, because if someone votes, that is a sacred thing in a democracy, and every vote must be accurately counted. However, from the very beginning, I said how I would behave in this matter. I said that my doubts concerning the status of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs have not disappeared, but the problem with the chamber would arise if it were to declare the elections invalid - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press conference in the Sejm.

11:29

Czarzasty:

I See No Need to Meet with the President-Elect
- I see no need to meet with the president-elect. Because I maintain a distance from the president-elect, I've said it and I want to be consistent. Someone has to be bloody consistent. Once he is sworn in as president, I will recognize him as president, I will meet with him, for example, at the National Security Council, if the club directs me there - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

13:06

Szefernaker:

There were 4 candidates for the head of chancellery position
- Initially, there were 4 candidates for the head of chancellery position, and Zbigniew Bogucki was among them. Not all information was publicly known and available to the public. Indeed, Przemysław Czarnek's candidacy was widely discussed in the media, but there were 4 candidates in total. I am very happy that such a strong team was assembled, within which it was possible to finalize who would be the head of the chancellery - stated Paweł Szefernaker in an interview with TVN24.

17:23

Nitras Departs the Cabinet:

My Service to the Polish Government Ends This Week.
- My service in the Polish government will conclude this week. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to everyone who has crossed my path during this period. I want to thank my colleagues in the ministry and in the government, all those who visited me here with their matters and ideas. And to all those whom I visited in sports arenas, sports clubs, and during training sessions. It was both inspiring and a great honor for me - stated Sławomir Nitras in a recording published on social media.

19:40

Bielan:

The Reshuffle Won't Change Much. The Main Problem is a Very Poor Prime Minister
- In my opinion, this reshuffle won't change much, because the main problem of the current coalition, and I think the main problem facing Poland, is that we have a very poor prime minister, who, according to polls from the government's CBOS research center, is rated poorly by 59% of Poles. Only 38% rate him well. These are fatal ratings - stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

19:43

Bielan:

Tusk Divided Poland in Half in 2005 and Ensures No One From His Camp Talks to Anyone From Ours
- Do you want us to kill each other? Because it seems to me that Donald Tusk wants that. Tusk divided Poland in half in 2005 and ensures that no one from his camp talks to anyone from our camp. His former colleague, Jan Rokita, spoke about this brilliantly – stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts After Facts).

19:48

Bielan:

We are preparing for parliamentary elections. The term of office may be shortened
- We are preparing for parliamentary elections, after which, I believe, there will be a change of government. We don't know when these elections will take place, whether within the constitutional deadline of 2027 or, as I suspect, this term of office may be shortened. Because after August 6, after Karol Nawrocki takes office, we will have a rather strong conflict between Prime Minister Tusk, who, at the end of the campaign, made very strong, false accusations against Karol Nawrocki, and the new president - stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's 'Fakty po faktach'.

19:51

Bielan:

Tusk Has No Chance of Entering the White House; He Is Unwelcome There
Tusk very easily, lightly throws around these kinds of words. Today, he has neither the possibility of entering the White House, he is unwelcome there, and he has not spoken with Donald Trump even once since November. He is the first Polish Prime Minister since 1990 who has no relationship with the American President – stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after Facts).

19:52

Czarzasty confirms the creation of two super-ministries:

This is a good decision
- Yes, that's true. I don't know what they will be called, that's another matter - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in “Gość Wydarzeń” Polsat News, when asked by Bogdan Rymanowski if two super-ministries would be established. - If we wanted to solve issues related to energy, and energy is a big problem, [...] we had to consolidate it into one ministry, and it has been consolidated into one ministry - he continued. - When it comes to the economy - the problem was similar, because the economy was fragmented across 4 or 5 ministries in pieces, and at the moment it would be better if it were in one place, and it will be in one place. The economy means finance, the economy means the country's economic development - he continued. - These two strong ministries will be created, it's a good decision - summarized the co-chairman of New Left.

19:56

Bielan:

Many politicians from other political camps, including members of the current government coalition, visited my apartment.
- My apartment was indeed visited by many politicians from other political camps, including many politicians from the current government coalition. Yes, really. For example, during the time we were in power - stated Adam Bielan on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts after Facts).

19:57

PiS Parliamentary Club Meeting Underway with President-Elect
The PiS parliamentary club meeting is currently underway – as informed by Michał Dworczyk on social media, President-Elect Karol Nawrocki is now speaking.

20:03

Czarzasty on Government Reshuffle: As a Leader of The Left, I Am Satisfied with These Negotiations
- The things that The Left cared about the most, in terms of the program, and the people who are implementing this program - I cared about these things and these people - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said on "Gość Wydarzeń" Polsat News. - I can say today that the assumptions we made when approaching the negotiations and the reshuffle [...], from the assumptions we had as the leadership of The Left - I'm talking about Mr. Gawkowski, the club leader, Ms. Biejat, the head of PPS, Labour Union - we are satisfied with them - he continued. - As one of the leaders of The Left, I am satisfied with these negotiations - he stated.

20:06

Poland 2050 Recommends Candidate for Minister of Culture
- I know that the board of my party, Poland 2050, at the request of Szymon Hołownia, has granted its recommendation for the position of Minister of Culture to Ms. Aleksandra Leo. This is a very important ministry, with which we associate huge hopes, and we hope that this recommendation will be accepted by Prime Minister Tusk - stated Paweł Zalewski on TVP Info.

20:11

Czarzasty:

We Didn't Discuss Tusk's Successor. The Left Did Not Request a Change of Prime Minister
- We did not discuss the successor to Prime Minister Tusk, because the Prime Minister is Mr. Donald Tusk. There was no request from the Left for a change of prime minister, and there will not be one - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on "Gość Wydarzeń" Polsat News. When asked if Donald Tusk would remain Prime Minister until the end of the current Sejm term, he replied: - There are 2.5 years left in the term. Everyone is a free person, everyone can make any decision they want. And when a decision is made, we will respond to that decision. - Donald Tusk is the Prime Minister of the Polish government. I do not see any politician more experienced than Donald Tusk on the democratic side at this moment. Apart from Kwaśniewski, who is of course no longer willing to hold any position, which is a shame, because he is an outstanding politician - he continued.

20:32

Czarzasty Responds to Zandberg:

If Someone Has the Courage to Criticize – I Invite Them to Take Responsibility.
- Mr. Zandberg […], let him take a ministry that he could have taken, because there was a proposal for the Razem party to take the Ministry of Health at the beginning of the term, and let him stop criticizing, and instead get to work – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News. - When he takes responsibility for something, he will know what to do and how to do it for it to succeed. He will also have failures. Because everyone can criticize, even me. However, managing – that’s a difficult matter. Taking responsibility means doing good things and sometimes making mistakes. For mistakes, one has to pay. If someone has the courage to criticize – I invite them to take responsibility. Take responsibility, man, and you will be my partner – he continued. When pointed out that Adrian Zandberg received more support in the presidential elections than Magdalena Biejat, he stated: - Very good. I am very happy, because there is no enemy on the left. But there are those on the left who want to take responsibility, co-govern, and sometimes get a slap on the wrist for it – and there are those who are afraid of this responsibility and find it easier to criticize. This is the left, and that is the left.
