Bosak on Border Controls:

A Lot of Chaos, a Bit of a Show, and Some Real Control. It Depends on Time and Place.
- [The situation at the western border] looks very different, depending on the place and time. The operation to reintroduce controls was carried out quite suddenly, I think, surprisingly for many Border Guard officers, for example, for those who were seconded from Podkarpacie to the West Pomeranian, Lubusz, or Lower Silesian voivodeships, because we had such examples - said Krzysztof Bosak on Poranek Radia Wnet. He assessed: - There is a lot of chaos in all of this, a bit of a show, and a bit of real control. I think it depends on the place and time. - Recently, I have crossed the border at various points. I can say that in some places it goes completely smoothly, most cars are allowed through without checks. In other places, I saw queues over a kilometer long from the German side to the Polish side. This happened in Świecko on Friday night. So the picture is very diverse - he continued.

Sasin on the Possible Liquidation of the State Assets Treasury:

A Major Mistake, But Also a Clear Signal.
- If this happens, it will be a major mistake, but also a very clear signal showing how this team treats the State Assets Treasury. Firstly, the direct subordination of strategic companies to the Prime Minister, for me, is a signal that they will now be even more of a political spoil than they were. The coalition is falling apart, it needs to be cemented. There is no other idea for cementing it, so it's solely about bribery and buying positions with jobs. This is, by the way, already happening - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:18

If I Weren't a Naturally Modest Person, I'd Say the Congratulations Belong to Me and Obajtek. Sasin on Orlen's Capitalization
- If I weren't a naturally modest person, I would say that first and foremost, these congratulations belong to me, but also to President Obajtek, because it was we who, working together, as Bodnar would say - working jointly and in agreement, achieved this. That is, we truly brought about this merger, which was an extremely complicated and difficult process, encountering many problems along the way - stated Jacek Sasin in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

08:24

Sasin Announces Presentation of Report on State-Owned Companies:

It's truly very bad.
- This week I will present a report that will summarize. It will be a serious document, it will summarize these 1.5 years of the December 13th coalition's rule in state-owned companies. It's truly very bad - stated Jacek Sasin on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:31

Sasin on Hołownia's Participation in a Technical Government:

If Today You Say 'No', Tomorrow You Might Say 'Yes'.
- Szymon Hołownia said 'no' [to a technical government], but my experience in politics suggests – if today you say 'no', tomorrow you might say 'yes', because it all depends on the development of the situation, and the situation is heading in a direction where this coalition has no chance of surviving. Just look at what's visible, you don't even need to know the mechanisms very well to see how politicians in the ruling coalition are attacking each other today – stated Jacek Sasin in the "Graffiti" program on Polsat News.

08:35

"A Test for Hołownia": Sasin on Whether "Poland is a Democracy or We're Already Dealing with a Hidden Dictatorship"
- Praise to Marshal Hołownia here, because thanks to his decisions, at least for now, this hasn't happened. I hope he won't break, because I think these pressures will continue until the last moment. But it's also a test for Marshal Hołownia, and I want to say this very clearly, because if such actions by Tusk towards him were indeed taken, such blackmail that took place... - stated Jacek Sasin on Polsat News's "Graffiti". - What do you mean by suggestions? Don't downplay what you [Marcin Fijołek] have revealed. This is an extremely important fact, and I return to the point that it is also a test of what kind of country Poland is, whether it is still a democracy that we can say is functioning, or if we are truly already dealing with a hidden dictatorship - he continued.

08:46

Sasin on Hołownia:

If Such a Conversation Took Place, He Has an Obligation to Notify the Prosecutor’s Office.
- Marshal Hołownia is a public official. If such a conversation took place [with Donald Tusk regarding the postponement of the National Assembly], he has an obligation, not a right or a choice, he has an obligation, according to the law, to notify the prosecutor’s office, because if he does not notify it, and in the future it turns out that such a conversation indeed took place, and he conceals it, he himself will bear criminal responsibility, and a very serious one – stated Jacek Sasin in “Graffiti” on Polsat News.

08:52

"It’s hard to imagine a coalition with someone like that." Sasin on Braun, who "acted in Germany’s interest"
It’s hard to imagine a coalition with someone like that [Grzegorz Braun]. Of course, I’ve learned that in politics, you can never say never… Unfortunately, that’s how it is, it’s a very true opinion [Jarosław Kaczyński’s tweet], and I say this with regret because this action is against Poland and for our enemies, who are trying to make us accomplices to the Holocaust, Germany is very keen on this. Grzegorz Braun, who says so much about his anti-German stance, actually acted in Germany’s interest in this case – stated Jacek Sasin in “Graffiti” Polsat News.

Deputy Prime Minister Position for PL2050: Retaliation for Hołownia Refusing Tusk to Postpone Nawrocki's Swearing-in? Kierwiński: A Completely Absurd Scenario
- I am, of course, not participating in the conversations between Prime Minister Tusk and Marshal Hołownia, but as I know Prime Minister Donald Tusk, this is a completely absurd scenario - said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Renata Grochal in "Bez uników" on Trójka, when asked if Prime Minister Donald Tusk's words about Poland 2050 not receiving a Deputy Prime Minister position were retaliation for Szymon Hołownia refusing Tusk to postpone Karol Nawrocki's swearing-in. - Poland 2050 will not receive the Deputy Prime Minister position because, as of today, there are no reasons to change this fundamental structure, this kind of backbone of the government [...]. We will probably return to the conversation on this topic when, in accordance with the coalition agreement, Marshal Szymon Hołownia ceases to be the Marshal of the Sejm in November - he continued.

09:02

Kierwiński on Tariffs and PiS and Confederation Politicians Praising Trump:

I Cannot Understand.
- I cannot understand why the Polish right-wing, primarily politicians from PiS, but also from the Confederation, are so blindly able to praise President Trump. After all, tariffs on European products will hit Polish entrepreneurs - said Marcin Kierwiński on Trójka. - This is not a matter of "I like, I don't like," but Polish MPs should be guided by Polish interests. Polish interests dictate that tariffs should not be imposed; this is obvious, clear, even a child knows this. And because they dislike the European Union, because they dislike Tusk, they say: Trump is doing great things. Where is the sense, where is the logic? - he continued.

09:06

Bosak:

Ministry of Interior and Border Guard Leadership Pursue a Policy More Resembling Information Warfare Against Their Own Nation
- We do not have publicly available, at least nothing I am aware of, published Polish data from the Border Guard on this matter [illegal migration on the western border]. It seems to me that we need to patiently ask the government and patiently highlight the fact that the government is hiding this data - said Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Wnet's Morning Show. - It seems to me that the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) and the Border Guard – the leadership, the headquarters, because ordinary officers have nothing to do with it. I am sure they would gladly tell Poles how it looks, after all, I talk to them [...] – they are pursuing a policy that more closely resembles information warfare against their own nation than informing the public - he stated. As he continued: - That is, they lie in wait for missteps by those who patrol the borders, who operate in the Border Defence Movement. And the moment any inaccuracy appears, they immediately publish large communiques stating "disinformation, it's untrue." However, they do not provide comprehensive data themselves, on their own initiative. This needs to change.

09:09

Kierwiński on parties forming the Civic Coalition:

The intention is for these circles to become one political formation.
- Donald Tusk [...] spoke about a unification congress with our partners, although we still have talks with them ahead of us, and talks with Nowoczesna, and talks with Inicjatywa Polska, and possibly talks with The Greens. It is understood that this will be a process of voluntary unification - said Marcin Kierwiński in Trójka, when asked about the change of the PO's name and the "patching together" of KO coalition partners into one party. - Yes, the intention is for these circles, which have been running together in various elections since 2018, to become one entity, one political formation. However, regarding what the name will be, when exactly it will happen, when these unification congresses will take place, there is still some time. We have agreed with the Prime Minister and the national board to discuss the timeline for such actions within two weeks - he continued.

09:11

Sasin:

Discussion on a New Constitution is Necessary
- This [October] congress will begin preparations right now, it will be a serious commencement of preparations for the next elections, which we want to enter with a new vision for Poland, because this Poland we already know and live in has exhausted its possibilities in many areas, including in terms of its system - stated Jacek Sasin in Polsat News's "Graffiti". - It is clearly visible that the Constitution and state institutions do not protect us today from the mass violation of law… So, I think this discussion about a new Constitution is necessary, and we will want to seriously undertake it, and we will also talk about this at this programmatic congress or programmatic convention - he continued.

09:12

Kierwiński on Nawrocki and his appeal regarding exhumations:

He could have done more as head of the IPN, and spoken less. He should have looked in the mirror.
"He could have done more when he was head of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), and spoken less. Now he talks about how badly things are going, because his words carry weight, but as president of the IPN, he did little in this regard, so he should rather look in the mirror" – said Marcin Kierwiński on Trójka radio, when asked about Karol Nawrocki's appeal to the Ukrainian side for consent to systematic exhumations.

09:13

Biejat:

Poland 2050's Amendment is Ineffective
- Yes, this is an amendment that allows for the purchase of state-financed housing, municipal housing in small towns. I must say that I was surprised by Poland 2050's idea to open this door to the privatization of municipal housing, which is greatly lacking in small towns and is needed - stated Magdalena Biejat on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden".

- I spoke with Minister Lewandowski, who is a co-author of this bill, which is now heading to the Senate. According to his assessment, this amendment will have no real impact because it was written so carelessly that... that it simply will not enable the purchase of these apartments, contrary to the intentions of the applicants - she continued.

- This is Minister Lewandowski's assessment. I believe him, because he is the one... he wrote this bill, he perfectly knows the intricacies of housing market law, and I think, therefore, we will not amend this bill anymore. We want it to reach the President's desk as soon as possible, so that it comes into effect as quickly as possible. This involves billions of zlotys... - she concluded.

09:15

Biejat:

I Suspect There Will Be No Ministry of Housing
- I suspect there will be no [Ministry of Housing] - stated Magdalena Biejat on TVN24's "One on One". - I suspect there won't be, but the details regarding how this new version of the government will ultimately shape up, which ministries will be... - she continued. - There won't be, because it's clear from the Prime Minister's announcements that he will strive to have fewer ministries rather than more. I believe it's important that how the government looks, what ministries there are, how they are organized, and who heads them, must be secondary to strategic plans for the country and political development plans - she noted. - As the talks are still ongoing, I would like them to continue in peace. No, I will not allow you to comment on that. I hope… and I will comment on this. I hope these talks will conclude soon, that you will see their results, and that this government reconstruction will happen as quickly as possible, because I believe it's high time to stop discussing it, close this topic, reconstruct the government, and move forward - she concluded.

09:16

Biejat:

Braun's Place is in Prison
- Grzegorz Braun has been behaving for months in a manner that absolutely defies the basic standards of debate and law. These are not just words, I recall, though his recent words concerning Auschwitz are scandalous. But, his behavior is also scandalous - stated Magdalena Biejat on TVN24's "Jeden na jeden". - This means he is a man who forces his way into the Sejm, destroys property, who enters a courtroom, who recently apprehended a doctor in the ward where she was on duty, cutting off her access to patients. It cannot be the case that he remains unpunished. His place is in prison, not in the plenary hall, nor in the Sejm, not in the European Parliament, and definitely not in the media. And this should definitively end - she continued.

09:18

Biejat:

If I were in Szejna's shoes, I would have resigned
You know, I am waiting for personnel decisions regarding the situation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A reconstruction is ahead of us. I think everyone is waiting for the reconstruction and for what will [happen] - stated Magdalena Biejat in the program "Jeden na jeden" on TVN24. - I stand by what I said back then. I clearly stated then that if I were in Andrzej Szejna's place, I would have resigned to cut short this discussion and focus on clarifying the situation - she continued. - I hope that Andrzej Szejna, while on vacation, is busy clarifying the controversies that have arisen around him - she concluded.

09:18

Kierwiński:

Kamiński Should Lose His Senate Marshal Role Because He's Fond of Kaczyński Again
- That's a question for our colleagues from the PSL, if you're asking me, I believe Mr. Kamiński should lose his [Senate] Marshal role because it's evident he's fond of Jarosław Kaczyński again. I would say, Mr. Kamiński's spine is probably not his strongest asset - Marcin Kierwiński said on Trójka, when asked about "night meetings with Kaczyński" and whether "the Bielan-Kamiński tandem will be dismantling the coalition from within."

09:26

Will Kierwiński, Kotula, Okła-Drewnowicz, Porowska, and Szłapka Lose Their Ministerial Portfolios? Kierwiński: Such a structure is being discussed, but let's wait for the Prime Minister to announce it.
- These will be decisions of the Prime Minister; indeed, such a structure is being discussed, but let's wait another week until the Prime Minister announces it - Marcin Kierwiński said on Trójka, when asked if he and others (Katarzyna Kotula, Marzena Okła-Drewnowicz, Adriana Porowska, and Adam Szłapka) would lose their ministerial portfolios and possibly be moved to other ministries. - Issues related to flood recovery [...] should be transferred to one of the ministries, either remain in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, or be, I don't know, in the Ministry of Interior and Administration, in the Ministry of Infrastructure, where supervision over the "Wody Polskie" company is exercised - he continued.

09:46

Bosak on the Situation at the Polish-German Border:

If We Had an Active Government, This Could Be Handled in a Very Short Time.
- Contrary to appearances, resolving this is more a matter of political will than any major international problems. This entire border crisis in Polish-German relations has been inflated or has grown to monstrous proportions due to the hypocrisy and passivity of the government. If we had an active government, this could be handled in a very short time - said Krzysztof Bosak on Radio Wnet's Morning Program.

09:57

Bosak:

I Liked the Idea of Movement Without Border Crossings, But We Cannot Sacrifice Our Security for It
- If we don't want to have a problem with returns and deportations from Germany, we must close the transit route through Poland. The transit route runs across all of Poland: Lithuania, Belarus, of course, to a lesser extent, but we don't really know to what extent, Ukraine. To some extent from the south, Slovakia. I don't know about the Czech Republic; I haven't heard of cases of immigrants caught entering through the Czech Republic - said Krzysztof Bosak in an interview on Radio Wnet's Morning program. - I believe that border controls should not be random but rather systematic – unfortunately, I say unfortunately because I liked the idea of movement without border crossings. However, we cannot sacrifice our security for the sake of this idea. Therefore, control of the border with Slovakia, Lithuania, monitoring what is happening on the border with the Czech Republic, and of course, sealing the border with Belarus - he continued.

10:07

Bosak:

We Can Ask Germans If They'd Like to Share Border Security Costs. We Seal the Eastern Border at Our Own Expense.
- I also think that given that this is a direction of strong migratory pressure, we could ask our German partners if they wouldn't want to simply take on part of the costs of securing the German border. After all, it is us at the moment, by sealing the eastern border, the EU border – and by the way, the same problem concerns the Baltic states – who are to some extent stabilizing the situation of the German state at our own expense – Krzysztof Bosak said during the Morning Program on Radio Wnet. - They invited millions of immigrants from all over the world to their country, but it is us who currently have to bear the enormous costs of blocking this movement – he added.

10:26

Bosak on Being Asked About Interrupting Braun's Interview:

I'd Rather Not Judge Something I Haven't Listened To.
- Of course [Łukasz Jankowski from Radio Wnet had the right to interrupt the interview with Grzegorz Braun]. According to the most fundamental laws of social life, there must be a host everywhere, and it is the host who decides. […] A journalist is the host in their studio, in their newsroom, or at least should be – Krzysztof Bosak said on Radio Wnet's morning program. - A journalist can even make a mistake by interrupting a conversation. I don't rule out that it might have been a mistake, perhaps the conversation should have been continued, but there is no obligation to do so. Certainly, a journalist has the right to simply be the host, regardless of whether they make a mistake or make the most brilliant decision in human history, it is simply the journalist's prerogative – he stated. - I haven't listened to that conversation, I'll be honest. I'd rather not judge something I haven't listened to. I know that many politicians in Poland are eager to take such a stance, but not me. […] I hope there was some context there, and not just that sentence ripped out of context – he continued.

11:36

Exhibition:

Does Not Serve Polish Memory Policy", "Treason to the Polish Cause". Kosiniak-Kamysz and PiS Politicians Critically Assess the "Our Boys
- The exhibition at the Museum of Gdańsk, "Our Boys," concerning residents of Pomerania who served in the III Reich army, does not serve Polish memory policy. Our boys, soldiers and civilians, Poles, defended the Homeland against Nazi Germany to the last drop of blood. They are the heroes, and it is they who deserve places in exhibitions - wrote Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the X portal. - These kinds of exhibitions are an attempt to falsify history. "Our boys" defended Poland and died from German shells, they did not put on Wehrmacht or SS uniforms. This is not just a poorly organized exhibition – it is a political provocation and further proof that the "guardians of memory" under the banner of the December 13 Coalition are implementing a German historical agenda. Such narratives are dangerous: they destroy Polish memory and blur responsibility for the crimes of World War II - we read in the post by the head of the PiS parliamentary club Mariusz Błaszczak. - Perhaps some boys of Dulkiewicz and her colleagues served Hitler, but ours did not! This is an unprecedented level of idiocy and treason to the Polish cause. The title of this exhibition is disgusting, misleading, and outrageous. Why don't you also organize an exhibition called "Our Boys in the NKVD. The Fates of Residents of the First Republic in the USSR" - wrote PiS MEP Tobiasz Bocheński.

12:55

"This is How a Pathological Lobby Operates'. PiS Announces Filing a Report to the CBA Regarding the MRiT Regulation
- We have another example that Poland is actually governed by lobbyists. [...] This concerns the Ministry of Development and Technology, and it's a terrible thing, a project is being created, it's already been created, a draft regulation that relates to construction [...] completely eliminates the use of polystyrene foam in Poland [...] actually replacing it [...] with mineral wool - said Daniel Obajtek at a press conference. - Through provisions generally related to fire safety regulations, they are trying to set the standard so high that polystyrene foam is completely eliminated. [...] The producer of mineral wool is 5 international concerns, these are primarily French, German, and Danish concerns [...]. The biggest scandal is that individuals involved in these companies and institutions actually participated in the creation of this regulation - he continued. - Approximately 100 companies in Poland that produce polystyrene foam, 100 companies means thousands of people, these thousands of people will lose their jobs, and what's more, for the benefit of 5 international companies. [...] You will pay 40% more for insulating your homes - he went on to say. - This regulation [...] means that you will pay 30 to 40% more for the thermal modernization of your own homes and buildings. These are enormous financial resources. It affects an industry worth approximately 10 billion zlotys in Poland. At the same time, it causes money to be transferred from Polish companies to Western companies [...] interestingly, in fine print within a 200-page regulation. This is how a pathological lobby operates - said Piotr Müller. - We demand that this proposal be withdrawn, but secondly, we will file a report with the Central Anticorruption Bureau to investigate how this provision found its way into this draft regulation - he continued.

13:01

We Demand Its Urgent Removal and Consequences for the Creators and Museum Management. Müller on the 'Our Boys' Exhibition
- What has happened in Gdańsk with the exhibition organized by the Museum of Gdańsk and the Museum of the Second World War [...] is a scandalous situation in which the authorities of the city of Gdańsk and the Museum of the Second World War are preparing an exhibition that calls Wehrmacht soldiers "our boys" - said Piotr Müller at a press conference. - I cannot imagine that simply all parties would not react unequivocally in this matter - he continued. - We demand the urgent removal of this exhibition and we demand, above all, consequences for those who created it, including the management of the Museum of the Second World War - he added.

13:08

Banaś as NIK President for another term with PO's approval? Müller: I don't believe it, Tusk will try to install his man there
- Regarding Mr. Marian Banaś, I haven't heard any statement from Civic Platform politicians indicating they wish to nominate him as a candidate for the President of the Supreme Audit Office [for another term], I simply don't believe it - said Piotr Müller at a press conference. - Donald Tusk will now be wrestling with his coalition partners to install his man in that position, someone who will be the new head of the anti-PiS steamroller, because that is his dream. That is, Donald Tusk knows that this position can be used for further political attacks on political opponents and he will fight to ensure that someone from his closest, trusted collaborators takes this position - he continued.

13:11

Müller:

Tusk Is Eagerly Waiting to Reprimand Kamiński for Not Obediently Listening to Him
- Of course, Donald Tusk is eagerly waiting to reprimand Marshal Kamiński in some way for not listening to him obediently like other politicians, for example, from Civic Platform. However, I think this would not be a good sign for the continuation of this coalition, so the potential dismissal of Michał Kamiński would only be a sign that this coalition is falling apart faster than everyone thinks – said Piotr Müller at a press conference.

13:20

Tusk Urged Hołownia to Halt Nawrocki's Swearing-in? Buda: Incitement to Coup Needs Clarification
- We have a situation where there is essentially incitement to carry out a coup d'état. To prevent the functioning of a constitutional body. Firstly, it is a crime prosecuted ex officio, and secondly, a person who becomes aware of these circumstances has an obligation to report it - said Waldemar Buda at a press conference. - Of course, we are convinced that today's prosecutor's office will not clarify this, but in the future, we will very scrupulously analyze this situation, meaning, who met with whom, under what circumstances, and how that proposal sounded, and whether it constituted a real attempt to incite a coup by blocking the National Assembly and the president assuming office - he continued. - These are things that two years ago were completely unthinkable, and today they are being discussed in the corridors between the prime minister who lost the presidential elections and the marshal who presides over the National Assembly. How close it was to a coup, how close that decision was to being made, here we understand, according to media reports, that the marshal rose to the occasion and stopped himself in the logic he was being pushed into by Donald Tusk, but this will have to be clarified - he went on to say. - I think this will be one of the main issues concerning Prime Minister Donald Tusk in the future, when the prosecutor's office functions legally and normally - he added.

14:32

Morawiecki:

Soldiers Must Have Full Right to Defense. They Must Be Sure the State Stands Behind Them, Not the Aggressor
"A Polish soldier, attacked by an aggressive migrant, defended not only the border – they defended Poland. Today, it must be said clearly: we are grateful to you. Thank you for your courage, for your service, for your readiness to sacrifice! Soldiers must have full right to defense. They must be sure that the state stands behind them, not the aggressor! A strong Poland begins at the border. I thank everyone who guards it!" - wrote Mateusz Morawiecki on X.

14:35

"There is no consent to relativize history." Duda on the exhibition "Our Boys"
"There is no consent to relativize history! I receive the information about the exhibition 'Our Boys' at the Museum of Gdańsk with indignation" - wrote President Andrzej Duda on social media. "Portraying soldiers of the Third Reich as 'ours' is not only historical falsehood, it is a moral provocation, even if the photos of young men in the uniforms of Hitler's army depict Poles forcibly conscripted into the German army. As a nation, Poles were victims of German occupation and German terror, not its perpetrators or participants. Gdańsk – the place where World War II began – cannot be a stage for narratives that blur the responsibility of the perpetrators. Such actions undermine the foundations of our identity and offend the respect for the Victims. As President of the Republic, I firmly oppose this. Whoever relativizes crimes disarms the nation's conscience."

14:43

Mentzen Withdraws Invitations for KO Politicians
- I have chosen the third option. Since you [from KO] are behaving in this manner, setting conditions for me, I will of course say what I think about Grzegorz Braun, so that there are no doubts here, but I am publicly withdrawing the invitations for you, because if you intend to behave this way, then unfortunately not with me. Consequently, at my events on this tour, there will simply be no KO politicians. Please consider all three invitations void – stated Sławomir Mentzen in a recording published on social media. - I could summarize this by simply saying that, all in all, I shouldn't be surprised that KO politicians promise one thing and then deliver nothing. After all, they treated their voters in the same way; first, they promised them the moon about what they would do once they took power, and after taking power, they did nothing about it – he continued.

14:59

IPN Launches Investigation into Braun:

Denying Crimes of Genocide.
The prosecutor of the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) has launched an investigation concerning Grzegorz Braun’s public denial, contrary to facts, of crimes of genocide committed between 1941-1944 at the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp KL Auschwitz-Birkenau. The matter concerns words spoken by the Member of the European Parliament during an interview for Radio Wnet. The criminal proceedings were initiated following notifications from Anna Maria Żukowska, Director of the State Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, and after an analysis of materials from the District Prosecutor's Office Warszawa Śródmieście-Północ. As the IPN recalled in a statement, the act under investigation is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to 3 years.

15:08

Mentzen on Civic Platform:

At This Moment, It's a Party of Conspiracy Theorists and Fools.
- Right now, this group of strange people doesn't understand that they need to increase their coalition potential, otherwise in 2 years they'll concede power by forfeit and move to the opposition. It's simply a party of conspiracy theorists and fools at this moment, a party supported by twenty-something percent of people, led by individuals who don't understand what's happening around them at all, who can't predict an hour ahead, I'm talking about election night here. Key figures include, I don't know, lunatics like Roman Giertych or complete idiots like Witold Zembaczyński. Look at this motley crew - stated Sławomir Mentzen in a recording published on social media.

15:16

Mentzen:

He's the Only Person in This Government Worth Talking To
- Seriously, increasingly I get the impression that the only normal one in this government is Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. He's the only person worth talking to there, because the rest is some collection of crackpots, idiots, and losers - stated Sławomir Mentzen in a recording published on social media.

16:36

Final Touches on the New Chancellery: President-Elect Shares Photo
- Final touches on the new chancellery - wrote President-elect Karol Nawrocki on social media.

17:23

Siemoniak:

We are trying to eliminate the new migration route in its infancy
- We are trying to eliminate the new route that has appeared in its infancy. With the tightness of our barrier [...] with various actions on the Polish-Belarusian border, migrants, often the same ones, we have evidence of this, who did not enter Poland through the barrier, are heading to Latvia and from Latvia to the south; such situations are happening, including attempts to cross through forests, outside border crossings – said Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference. - I have issued an instruction for the Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard, in contact with the commanders of the Territorial Defence Forces and the Minister of Defence, to increase forces so that this tightness is even greater than it is at the moment – he continued.

17:25

Szłapka on Government Reshuffle:

During the Next Sejm Session.
- All information will be available during the next Sejm session, meaning next week. It definitely won't be July 22nd, but between July 23rd and 25th - said Adam Szłapka on PR24, when asked about the government reshuffle.

17:30

Szłapka on the Deputy Prime Minister position for Poland 2050:

The Prime Minister has already spoken very clearly and decisively.
- The Prime Minister has already spoken very clearly and decisively on this matter. However, the Prime Minister will inform about all matters related to the reconstruction - said Adam Szłapka on PR24, when asked about the issue of the Deputy Prime Minister position for a representative of Poland 2050. Pressed further, he replied: - The Prime Minister already said so last week, and I think the matter is closed here.

17:37

Tomczyk on Border Situation:

Deployment Stands at Over 1,000 Soldiers.
- Today, concerning Polish Army soldiers, the deployment stands at over 1,000 soldiers, for the operation on Poland's western border, or Secure West, and on the border with Lithuania. Mixed patrols are also performing very well - said Cezary Tomczyk at a press conference. - From this place, I would like to thank all soldiers of the Territorial Defence Force, because especially recently, thanks to Polish Army soldiers, it has been possible to apprehend couriers, people who make a living by smuggling migrants through our country. We must take care to eliminate the cause, not just the effects - he continued. - Today, the involvement of the Polish Army totals the potential deployment of approximately 10,000 soldiers, of which 5,000 soldiers are for the Polish-Belarusian border and 5,000 soldiers are available for use on the Polish-German and Polish-Lithuanian borders - he added.

17:41

Szłapka:

Poland Needs a Stable Government. The Vote of Confidence Showed the Coalition Has a Stable Majority
