The Era of Exploiting Full-Time Employees is Over.

– Mr. President, the era of exploiting full-time employees is over. I remember the years 2012-2013, when the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk promoted so-called 'junk contracts,' meaning pushing employees into self-employment solely because it was cheaper. If someone wants to pay a lower contribution, they must accept that they will have worse benefits; what you pay in contributions is what you get in benefits – stated Piotr Duda at the meeting with the Social Dialogue Council.

– If today some people want to pay a smaller contribution, and full-time employees are expected to pay 9% of their gross salary, then that person who will have a lower contribution will receive a phone call from their doctor, from Marshal Hołownia, asking how they are feeling, and that's the level of benefits we're talking about – he added.
