Another Week of Campaigning. Two weeks remain until the first round of the presidential elections – meaning the upcoming weekend will be the last before the election silence begins. Currently, campaign teams have not announced candidates' plans for Saturday and Sunday, but it is known that Karol Nawrocki will return to the campaign trail at the beginning of the week.

Duda on Health Contributions. On Monday, President Andrzej Duda will participate in consultations with social partners of the Social Dialogue Council regarding the amendment to the act on public healthcare services funding – in practice, this concerns lowering health contributions, which PAD had previously suggested he would not sign. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the President will visit Bulgaria.

Tusk in the Netherlands. On Monday, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the celebrations of the Netherlands Liberation Day. At the invitation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the head of government will deliver the main speech during the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands. He will also meet with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and Prime Minister Dick Schoof.

RPP on Interest Rates. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Monetary Policy Council will hold a meeting during which a decision on lowering interest rates may be made – such a move has previously been called for by, among others, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Marshal Szymon Hołownia. The meeting will traditionally conclude with a conference by the NBP President Adam Glapiński.

Trzaskowski and Hołownia with Stanowski. On Wednesday, Krzysztof Stanowski will interview Szymon Hołownia on Kanał Zero, and on Thursday, he will interview Rafał Trzaskowski – as announced by the host, “away,” meaning on the KO candidate's channel, but in a live format.

Three-Day Sejm Session. On Wednesday, a three-day session of the lower house of parliament will commence. The agenda does not include many significant political projects, although MPs will address, among other things, a Poland 2050 project concerning State Treasury companies, and will also consider a government bill on the National Cardiology Network.

Treaty Signing with France. – “I am pleased that we are concluding, finalizing with, among others, Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the final work on a new Polish-French treaty. We will sign this treaty together with President Macron, most likely, I don't want to jinx it, but everything is practically on the right track, on May 9th in Nancy,” announced Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

– “This will be a very serious acceleration in building collective security, including Poland's economic security, and also direct military security,” stated the head of government.

TV Republika Debate. As announced, another presidential debate organized by TV Republika is scheduled to take place on Friday.

Kamiński and Wąsik Before the Investigative Committee. On Friday, members of the Pegasus investigative committee will make another – likely unsuccessful again, as PiS MEPs did not appear previously – attempt to question Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik.
