– We have come to live in a time and a world full of tensions and anxieties. Five states of the Three Seas Initiative share a border with Ukraine, which has become a victim of brutal aggression from Russia. A full-scale war, triggered by a brutal and predatory regime, is raging in our immediate vicinity – stated President Andrzej Duda during the plenary session of the 10th Three Seas Initiative Summit.

– The world we know is becoming history, and a new security architecture is taking shape before our eyes, in which the Three Seas Initiative, offering cooperation for building stability in an unstable world, constitutes, in essence, a response to these challenges – he said.

– It is therefore not surprising that within our Initiative, we are increasingly emphasizing the security dimension, understood as the development of dual-use infrastructure, improving conditions for military mobility, cybersecurity, and also the protection of critical infrastructure – PAD continued.
